Mr. Senyatse Desmond Phaladi is the founder and the CEO of BBP Mining and Projects.
He holds a BA Law Degree from University of the Witwatersrand (WitsUniversity), a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law ,and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law (University of Johannesburg). He currently enrolled for a Postgraduate Certificate in Prospecting and Mining Law at Wits University
He has worked at the Parliamentary Office of Africa’s biggest trade union, National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) and participated in the law making processes. He then headed NUM legal matters for the Western Cape Province for over five years.
He also worked as a Business Unit IR Manager at Medupi Power Station (Construction Phase).
