BBP Mining and Projects is a 100% black-owned company assessed in terms of BBBEEA
and has a BEE certificate with a BBBEE status of a level three (3) contributor with 110% procurement recognition level.

Governance
As a well governed company, BBP Mining and Projects, is registered with SARS for tax purposes. It is also registered with the Compensation Commissioner in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA). BBP Mining and Projects has a public liability insurance covering up for our clients, the environment and the people in general. This Company is also registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) for the legal execution of its building projects and to ensure consumer protection. It is also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) for the legal execution of our public sector construction projects.
